Dear Our Lady of Victory Families,
Please join us tonight for our PTO sponsored Meet the Teacher Night. Parents will have the opportunity to hear an overview for the year and to meet their child’s teacher. Our Meet the Teacher Night begins at 6:30 in the Convocation Center. Following a brief general meeting in the Convocation Center, parents of children in grades K-6 will visit their child(ren)’s classrooms. The teachers will give an overview of the year. Teachers of grades K-6 will repeat their presentation for three sessions. The junior high will have one session. It will be the first session. Junior high parents are invited to remain in the Convocation Center for the junior high presentation following the general meeting. We look forward to seeing you and telling you about all of the wonderful things going on at Our Lady of Victory this school year!
We had our first all school liturgy last Friday. It was a beautiful celebration. A HUGE THANK YOU to the students helping with parts of the mass and to Miss Garrity, Mrs. Lynn, and our OLV Youth Choir for the wonderful music.
Our annual PTO Fall Fundraisers begin Friday, September 3. Watch for information coming home on Friday. PTO representatives will talk about the fundraisers at the opening meeting in the Convocation Center at our Meet the Teacher Night tonight. They will also be available to answer questions. The funds raised from our fundraisers support so many valuable student
programs such as COSI, Everybody Counts, our all school retreat, busses for service projects, our Ambassador Program, fine arts programs, science lab supplies, special materials for our junior high electives, and much much more. Our school’s technology lab is also funded through your generous support of these fundraisers. Thank YOU!!
