OLV Baseball
OLV will hold it second baseball / t-ball signups on November 14th. These signups will take place in the school cafeteria; from 6 - 7:30. Please fill out the medical form on website and bring with you. Anyone who participated in the 9U or 11U national tryouts will still need to sign up as well. Please Note: If you have a practice or a game on Field 5... Do NOT park in the cemetery driveway OR on the side of Field 5. Please park in the large lot by the soccer/lacrosse field.

*These forms need to be signed by a parent and returned to the coach before your child can play. Coaches will need to have a signed form for each player on their team on hand at all practices and games.
